Finglas native Daniel Anderson combines a heartfelt message with incredible musical craft. The self-made musician will bring his unique brand of retro-styling and modern lyricism to this intimate gig in the surrounds of the New Theatre. Fresh from the release of Anderson's wonderful debut album, Patterns, the Dubliner is a gem of rare and beguiling beauty. Anderson has long been one of Ireland’s finest, it’s just great to see more and more people taking notice.
Support on the night will be from the fantastic Bad Sea, a Dublin two-piece who have been making waves with their smoky, soulful recordings.
'Dublin duo Ciara Thompson and Alan Farrell are Bad Sea, an outfit specialising in dark torch songs, blue-of-the-night grace notes and music for gazing out the window with a pensive look on your gob. Their recordings to date display some promising ideas and “Comes to Blood” is a good example of the potential they have, with Thompson’s lonesome, plaintive holler working very well against a sparse, spooky backdrop.'

The two acts are guaranteed to provide an unmissable combination - and made sure you stick around after for drinks in the inimitable Red Room.
